Pull-Out Basket Sizes: Cabinet Measurement & Fit Guide
The right pull-out basket size is determined by the cabinet’s usable internal space and the selected runner system—not the nominal cabinet width alone. Before ordering, confirm the model-specific installation drawing, mounting clearance and door arrangement.
Nominal cabinet width versus usable opening
A cabinet described as “800 mm” may refer to its outside width. Side panels, face frames, hinges and fittings reduce the space available inside. Two cabinets sold with the same nominal width can therefore need different basket sizes.
Do not apply one universal subtraction to choose a basket. The required allowance depends on whether the runners are side-mounted, bottom-mounted or integrated into a frame. Dimensions shown on a model drawing take priority over a generic size chart.
Five measurements to send with your inquiry

Will any “800 mm basket” fit my 800 mm cabinet?
No. The label may describe a compatible nominal cabinet rather than the actual basket width. Confirm the clear internal opening and required mounting allowance against the exact model drawing.
Can I use the same size chart for different slide systems?
Not without checking. Different runners and frames can require different clearances. Keep the basket, runner and installation drawing together as one specified assembly.
What if I only have an existing cabinet, not a drawing?
Send photos with the door open, the five measurements above and the model reference if available. Include close-up photos of hinges and obstructions so the required checks are clear.
